Senior/Site Administrator

Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects, Melchor are actively looking for skilled Senior/Site Administrator to join our highly experienced on-site construction teams. These roles will initially be based in our head office in Osborne Park, transitioning to a 2:1 roster during project execution.
As a Senior/Site Administrator, you'll report directly to the Project Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will be integral to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team every step of the way.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience on large-scale construction projects working for similar construction contractors is desirable
- Ability to Provide high quality administrative support to the Site Manager and Operations project teams through coordinating: payroll, invoicing, travel, rostering, budgeting, and training administration.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- An approachable, “can-do” attitude
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum qualification of a Diploma in Business Administration or in a related filed is required for this role.
