Due to newly awarded projects, Melchor are seeking a Senior/Mobilisation Coordinator to join our experienced and close-knit team based in Osborne Park.

As a Senior/Mobilisation Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects. This position is central to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently - supporting our site and project teams every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for project personnel - from offer to onboarding and site start.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all compliance, medicals, inductions, and training are completed accurately and on time
• Manage and maintain recruitment database, rosters, and workforce planning tools
• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple Perth based and Site Based stakeholders
• Oversee travel and accommodation logistics, ensuring a smooth and positive mobilisation experience for all team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline systems and enhance team efficiency
• Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding mobilisation, onboarding and HR-related queries.
• Mentor and support junior administrators or mobilisation officers as the business grows

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ Years experience as a Mobilisation Coordinator (or similar role) within the construction and/or resources sector ideally involved in high volume mobilisations for BHP, Rio Tinto and FMG projects
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong administration skills with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and mobilisation systems (such as Pegasus, ERMS, INX Workflow, Avature).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to build rapport easily and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
• A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
