We are seeking highly motivated E&I Supervisors to join our PNG operations team on a casual basis. The role of E&I Supervisor will you see you working a FIFO 4:4 roster in the Southern Highlands, Papua New Guinea.


This position will be responsible for supervising E&I project scopes; planning, coordinating, supervising and assisting with daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring

  • Demonstrable experience as an E&I Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Cert III in Electro Technology, Cert III in Instrumentation, EEHA Certification and a current Australian Electrical License
  • Experience working in PNG (highly regarded)
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
