Rio Tinto Brockman Syncline 1

  • Scope of Work: Supply, fabrication and installation of civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works for the Northern and Southern areas which consist of Primary crusher building, discharge conveyor, transfer station, substations and overland conveyor including belt splicing.
  • Anticipated Start Date: Multiple dates available from August 2026 onwards
  • Duration: Early-mid 2027
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA or nearest state capital city for trades to Boolgeeda Airport (OCM) OR Brisbane Point of hire - Fly direct from Brisbane Airport  to OCM for rostered positions only.

BHP Car Dumper 4 Renewal Project (CD4)

  • Scope of Work: Replacement and upgrade of critical car dumper infrastructure to improve operational reliability and throughput. Works include major mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, civil and shutdown activities across multiple planned outages in 2026, culminating in a major shutdown later in the year. 
  • Anticipated Start Date: Commencing early September, 2/1 swings until the end of October
  • Duration: N/A
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA or Nearest State Capital City for Trades to Port Hedland, WA

Parker Point

  • Scope of Work: Design, supply, installation and commissioning of three (3) new replacements of reclaimers and associated supporting infrastructure. Deconstruction and removal of the existing reclaimers, reclaimer rails and footings, turnover pit, maintenance, and end stops. 
  • Anticipated Start Date: July 2026
  • Duration: October 2026
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA to Karratha, WA

BHP Jimblebar TLO Replacement Project

  • Scope of Work: Design, supply, installation of new train load-out, including new conveyor and substation. works include major mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil scopes. 
  • Anticipated Start Date: Late 2026/Early 2027
  • Duration: Late 2027
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA or Nearest State Capital City for Trades to Port Hedland, WA

FMG BESS Projects

  • Scope of Work: Monadelphous currently have work with FMG BESS - the projects encompasses the installation and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems into the principles current solar integrated systems. Onsite works will include but not limited to installation of cable, cable latter electrical equipment including tie in works to existing 33KV substation and principle contractors camp facilities.
  • Anticipated Start Date: June/July 2026
  • Duration: November 2026
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA or Nearest State Capital City for Trades to Iron Bridge Airport for Northstar Junction or Eliwana Airport for Eliwana

Pluto Train 1 Modification Project

  • Scope of Work: Brownfield construction for the modification of the Pluto Train 1 to allow the processing of Scarborough gas with Woodside in Karratha. Electrical works includes high voltage works, installation of compressors, switch room and transformers, as-well as instrumentation and communications including fibre optics.
  • Anticipated Start Date: Multiple start dates from June onwards
  • Duration: Late 2026
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA or Nearest State Capital City for Trades to Karratha, WA

Nullagine Pilot Windfarm

  • Scope of Work: Assembly and installation of large-scale wind turbines, working with specialised heavy-lift cranes and equipment. Electrical trades will be involved in stalling kiosks, cabling, temporary power and associated systems to support turbine operations, along with testing and commissioning support. 
  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP July/Aug 
  • Duration: February 2027
  • Roster: 2/1 Roster 
  • Point of Hire: FIFO from Perth, WA or Closet Capital City for Trades

Future Projects

Not seeing the right project for you? We're also taking expressions of interest for an upcoming iron ore project in Port Hedland. The project is expected to operate on a 2:1 roster through to late 2027.
